• The reason these machines are so special is that they process the majority of the straw into finely broken 2 to 3cm lengths.

• The harvester has been developed primarily for those countries whose wheat or barley is the major crop and where finely broken straw (tibben or bhusa) is an important animal feed.

• The machine is also suitable for pulse and oil seeds.

• The design has been perfected as a result of a thorough programme of field testing in Pakistan, Egypt and elsewhere in North Africa.

• The MUSA will cut and process grain and tibben in one pass
• Grain and tibben sample from a crop of wheat
• The MUSA can be tractor mounted or used with a wheeled undercarraige
• The cutting table rotates 180° for a narrow transportation width permitting access to crop without damaging adjacent crop
• The MUSA has high clearance for transportation and negotiating high bunds
• The MUSA allowing access over a portable access ramp crossing a drainage ditch.
A large combine could not gain access
• Trailer contents of finely broken high density straw - ideal for animal feed
• Bag contents of finely broken high density straw - ideal for animal feed
• Bag of grain from a crop of Wheat, Turkey
• Grain from a crop of Lentils, Turkey
• A sample from a crop of Wheat, Sudan
• Bag of grain from a crop of Ameranthus, Kenya
• Straw and grain is collected in bags for ease of handling
• Wheeled undercarraige mounted, with tibben blown to trailer
• Stationary threshing with the bagging unit raised to allow tibben to blow free to collect on the ground
• Using a hand-feed attachment
